QRAM believes that people living in remote communities deserve radio services as good as those in the major towns and cities of our nation.

We are here to support their endeavours to Close the Gap in media services that now exist.

Based in Cairns, we provide media training, technical services, advocacy, administrative and content support to 11 remote radio stations in the communities of Aurukun, Doomadgee, Hope Vale, Kowanyama, Lockhart River,  Mornington Island, Napranum, Northern Peninsula Area (NPA), Pormpuraaw, Woorabinda and Wujal Wujal. Check under the Radio Station menu for info about each station.

Among QRAM services is the innovative Black Star network.  Click on the logo at your right for more info.

  1. Hi there! Someone in my Facebook group shared this website
with us so I came to take a look. I’m definitely loving the information. I’m book-marking and will be
tweeting this to my followers! Wonderful blog and excellent
    design and style.

  2. Whoa, I genuinely learned something new. It’s not the same nonsense I have been reading the past Thirty minutes. Informative, descriptive, and helpful! Excellent work!
